PAYMENT PLANS- All Cruise Line Deposits must be made on the day you book your cruise. If your cruise is more than 6 months out, we will except partial credit / debit card payments over time until final payment. Those payments can be as little as $25. Those payments will immediately be called into the Cruise Line and processed by the Cruise Line. Your confirmation will come from Cruise Planners as soon as the transaction is complete.
TRAVEL INSURANCE- You can purchase Access America Travel Insurance or Cruise Line Travel Protection Insurance through our Cruise Planners agency. Access America Travel Insurance must be paid at the time of purchase. Cruise Line travel insurance can be paid off over the course of payments for you cruise. For Access America travel insurance you have up to 15 days after you book and deposit your cruise to cover pre-existing conditions. You can purchase Access America Travel Insurance through our travel agency up to a few days prior to sailing. Cruise Line travel insurance must be purchased no later than final payment.
