• Rate Protection Guarantee - Cruise rates change on a daily basis.  If we find that the cruise line has reduced the fare of your cruise after booking, and you are elligible according to the cruise line to receive the promotion, Cruise Planners will automatically rerate your vacation price to the lower fare with no additional service or administration fees. If it is after final payment you will either receive a credit to the creidt card used or a refund in the way of ship credit.

• Payments- We accept all major credit and debit cards as methods of payment. For your comfort and protection, your credit card payment will be processed directly by the cruise line, resort, airline or travel insurance carriers. Your confirmation will come from Cruise Planners as soon as the transaction is complete.
  
• Payment PLANS- All Cruise Line Deposits must be made on the day you book your cruise. If your cruise is more than 6 months out, we will except partial credit / debit card payments over time until final payment. Those payments can be as little as $25. Those payments will immediately be called into the Cruise Line and processed by the Cruise Line. Your confirmation will come from Cruise Planners as soon as the transaction is complete.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE- You can purchase Access America Travel Insurance or Cruise Line Travel Protection Insurance through our Cruise Planners agency. Access America Travel Insurance must be paid at the time of purchase. Cruise Line travel insurance can be paid off over the course of payments for you cruise. For Access America travel insurance you have up to 15 days after you book and deposit your cruise to cover pre-existing conditions. You can purchase Access America Travel Insurance through our travel agency up to a few days prior to sailing. Cruise Line travel insurance must be purchased no later than final payment.
